Job Summary of Shift Coordinator:

Our Shift Coordinator work in the kitchen area, overseeing the daily functions of our eateries. They assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining a seamless operation during each shift. Additionally, they play a role in aiding staff members with training and performance improvement efforts. Demonstrating outstanding customer service is crucial in cultivating repeat business from our patrons.

Requirements of Shift Coordinator:

• Minimum of 1+ year in foodservice and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified)

• Applicants should have experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling.
