Responsibilities for Retail Assistant:

• Assisting with the opening and closing activities of the store whenever necessary.
• Responding to and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, focusing on providing exceptional service and promoting customer satisfaction
• Ensuring the sales floor remains orderly involves actions like restocking shelves, receiving vendor deliveries, updating pricing details, and handling inventory management responsibilities as specified by the store manager
