Pharmacy Technician

Adecco is seeking Licensed Pharmacy Technicians in Plano, Texas for the premier distributors of oncology and specialty medications.Requirements: To be considered for this role you must have the following skills, experience, and certifications:-Must possess a current Texas Pharmacy Technician License. - This is not negotiable.-Must hold a current Nationally Board-Certified Pharmacy Technician License- Must have 1-3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.-Data Entry skills-Experience working in a Central Fill setting is a big plus!-High School Diploma or equivalent GEDPay- The anticipated wage for this position is $18.50 to $19. Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. Schedule: Work Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-4pm Location- Plano, Texas 75024- ONSITE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications- Verify prescription information and dosage- Working with PARATA machines - Enter patient and prescription data into the pharmacy's computer system- Manage inventory and order supplies- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve billing issues- Provide customer service, including answering questions and addressing concerns- Organize and maintain patient records- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment- Prepare and label medication containers- Support pharmacists with administrative tasks as needed Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
