Job Summary of Service Operations Manager:

In the meat pit, our Service Operations Manager oversee the operations of our restaurants daily. They support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving seamless shifts. They also assist in developing team members through training and performance improvement measures. Demonstrating exceptional customer service is crucial in nurturing customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements of Service Operations Manager:

• Minimum of 1+ year in foodservice and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified)
• Successful applicants will showcase strong communication skills and the aptitude to effectively manage numerous tasks
• Applicants are expected to have prior experience in inventory supervision, cost management, and cash handling.
